QUYẾT ĐỊNH

CỦA THỐNG ĐỐC NGÂN HÀNG NHÀ NƯỚC SỐ 1335/2002/QĐ-NHNN NGÀY 04 THÁNG 12 NĂM 2002 QUY ĐỊNH LÃI SUẤT TIỀN GỬI ĐÔLA MỸ KHÔNG KỲ HẠN CỦA CÁC TỔ CHỨC TÍN DỤNG, KHO BẠC NHÀ NƯỚC TẠI NGÂN HÀNG NHÀ NƯỚC

Căn cứ Luật Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam và Luật Các tổ chức tín dụng ngày 12/12/1997;
Căn cứ Nghị định số 86/2002/NĐ-CP ngày 5/11/2002 của Chính phủ quy định chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và cơ cấu tổ chức của bộ, cơ quan ngang bộ;
Theo đề nghị của Giám đốc Sở Giao dịch Ngân hàng Nhà nước và Vụ trưởng Vụ Chính sách tiền tệ,

QUYẾT ĐỊNH

Điều 1. Nay công bố mức lãi suất tiền gửi Đôla Mỹ không kỳ hạn của các tổ chức tín dụng, Kho bạc Nhà nước tại Ngân hàng Nhà nước là 1,35%/năm.

Điều 2. Quyết định này có hiệu lực thi hành kể từ ngày ký và thay thế Quyết định số 03/2002/QĐ-NHNN ngày 02/01/2002 của Thống đốc Ngân hàng Nhà nước Quy định lãi suất tiền gửi Đôla Mỹ không kỳ hạn của các tổ chức tín dụng, Kho bạc Nhà nước tại Ngân hàng Nhà nước.

Điều 3. Chánh Văn phòng, Giám đốc Sở Giao dịch, Vụ trưởng Vụ Chính sách tiền tệ, Vụ trưởng Vụ Kế toán - Tài chính và Thủ trưởng các đơn vị liên quan thuộc Ngân hàng Nhà nước, Giám đốc các chi nhánh Ngân hàng Nhà nước các tỉnh, thành phố; Chủ tịch Hội đồng quản trị và Tổng giám đốc (Giám đốc) các tổ chức tín dụng, Tổng Giám đốc Kho bạc Nhà nước chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Quyết định này

DECISION

ON THE INTEREST RATE OF US$ DEMAND DEPOSITS OF CREDIT INSTITUTIONS, THE STATE TREASURY AT THE STATE BANK

THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam and the Law on the Credit Institutions dated 12 December, 1997;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated 05 November, 2002 of the Government on the function, assignment, authority and organization structure of the ministries and ministry-level agencies;
Upon the proposal of the Director of Banking Operation Department and the Director of the Monetary Policy Department,

DECIDES

Article 1. To announce the interest rate of US$ demand deposit of credit institutions, the State Treasury at the State Bank, to be 1.35% per annum.

Article 2. This Decision shall be effective from the date of signing and replace the Decision No. 03/2002/QD-NHNN dated 02 January, 2002 of the Governor of the State Bank on the interest rate of US$ demand deposit of credit institutions, the State Treasury at the State Bank.

Article 3. The Director of the Administrative Department, the Director of the Banking Operation Department, the Director of the Monetary Policy Department, the Director of the Finance & Accounting Department and Heads of units of the State Bank of Vietnam, General Managers of the State Bank branches in provinces and cities, Chairpersons of the Board of Directors and General Directors (Directors) of credit institutions, General Director of the State Treasury shall be responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
