Căn cứ vào Điều 103 và Điều 106 của Hiến Pháp nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam năm 1992;
Căn cứ vào Điều 78 của Luật Tổ chức Quốc hội;
Căn cứ vào Điều 50 của Luật Ban hành các văn bản quy phạm pháp luật,

NAY CÔNG BỐ:

Luật sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của Luật thuế chuyển quyền sử dụng đất.

Đã được Quốc hội nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam Khóa X thông qua ngày 21 tháng 12 năm 1999./.

Pursuant to Articles 103 and 106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 50 of the Law on the Promulgation of Legal Documents,

PROMULGATES:

The Law on Amendments and Supplements to a Number of Articles of the Law on Land Use Right Transfer Tax,

which was passed by the Xth National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on December 21st, 1999.
