Căn cứ vào Điều 103 và Điều 106 của Hiến pháp nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam năm 1992 đã được sửa đổi, bổ sung theo Nghị quyết số 51/2001/QH11 ngày 25 tháng 12 năm 2001 của Quốc hội Khoá X, kỳ họp thứ 10;
Căn cứ vào Điều 91 của Luật tổ chức Quốc hội;
Căn cứ vào Điều 50 của  Luật ban hành văn bản Quy phạm pháp luật,

NAY CÔNG BỐ

Luật bảo vệ môi trường

Đã được Quốc hội nước Cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam Khoá XI, kỳ họp thứ 8 thông qua ngày 29 tháng 11 năm 2005./.

Pursuant to Articles 103 and 106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of VietNam, which was revised under the Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001, of the National Assembly, Legislature X, the 10th Session
Pursuant to Article 91 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly; Pursuant to Article 50 of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents,

HEREBY PROCLAIMS:

The Law Environmental Protection

Which was passed on November 29, 2005, by The  National Assembly of The Socialist Republic of Vietnam at its 8^th session.
