CIRCULAR

PROMULGATION OF ECONOMIC – TECHNICAL NORMS FOR LEVEL 4 OF VQF AND LEVEL 5 OF VQF ADVANCED TRAINING FOR 46 DISCIPLINES AND MAJORS

Pursuant to the Law on Vocation Education dated November 27, 2014;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 14/2017/ND-CP dated February 17, 2017 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 15/2019/ND-CP dated February 01, 2019 providing guidelines for some Articles and implementation of the Law on Vocational Education;

At the request of the General Director of the General Department of Vocational Education;

The Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs hereby promulgates a Circular on economic – technical norms for Level 4 of VQF and Level 5 of VQF Advanced training for 46 disciplines and majors.

Article 1. 86 economic – technical norms for Level 4 of VQF and Level 5 of VQF Advanced training for 46 disciplines and majors are promulgated together with this Circular, including:

Article 2. This Circular comes into force from February 15, 2021.

Article 3. Ministers, ministerial agencies, Governmental agencies, socio-political organizations, People’s Committees of provinces and central-affiliated cities, General Department of Vocational Education, schools registering vocational education activities at Level 4 of VQF and Level 5 of VQF Advanced for the disciplines and majors specified in Article 1 of this Circular and units concerned are responsible for the implementation of this Circular.

Difficulties that arise during the implementation of this Circular should be reported to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs for consideration and resolution./.
