Căn cứ Điều 103 và Điều 106 của Hiếp pháp nước Cộng hoà xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam năm 1992 đã được sửa đổi, bổ sung theo Nghị quyết số 51/2001/QH10 ngày 25 tháng 12 năm 2001 của Quốc hội Khoá X, kỳ họp thứ 10;
Căn cứ vào Điều 19 của Luật Tổ chức Quốc hội;
Căn cứ vào Điều 51 của Luật Ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật,

NAY CÔNG BỐ:

Pháp lệnh thực hiện dân chủ ở xã, phường, thị trấn

Đã được Uỷ ban Thường vụ Quốc hội nước Cộng hoà xã hội chủ nghĩa Việt Nam Khoá XI thông qua ngày 20 tháng 04 năm 2007./.

THE PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Articles 103 and 106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, which was amended and supplemented under Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 of December 25, 2001, of the Xth National Assembly, the 10th session;
Pursuant to Article 19 of the Law on Organization of the National Assembly;
Pursuant to Article 51 of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents,

PROMULGATES:

the Ordinance on Exercise of Democracy in Communes, Wards and Townships,

which was passed on April 20, 2007, by the Standing Committee of the XIth National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
