NGHỊ ĐỊNH

CỦA CHÍNH PHỦ SỐ 35/CP NGÀY 27/5/1995 VỀ VIỆC ĐẶT CỤC DỰ TRỮ QUỐC GIA TRỰC THUỘC CHÍNH PHỦ

Căn cứ Luật Tổ chức Chính phủ ngày 30/9/1992;
Căn cứ Nghị quyết của Chính phủ trong cuộc họp Chính phủ ngày 16/5/1995,

NGHỊ ĐỊNH :

Điều 1.- Nay đặt Cục Dự trữ Quốc gia trực thuộc Chính phủ.

Điều 2.- Nghị định này có hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày ban hành. Bãi bỏ các Quy định trước đây trái với Nghị định này.

Bộ Trưởng, Chủ nhiệm Văn phòng Chính phủ, Cục trưởng Cục Dự trữ Quốc gia, các Bộ trưởng, Thủ trưởng cơ quan ngang Bộ, Thủ trưởng cơ quan thuộc Chính phủ, Chủ tịch Uỷ ban Nhân dân tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Nghị định này.

DECREE

PLACING THE NATIONAL STORE DEPARTMENT UNDER DIRECT CONTROL OF THE GOVERNMENT

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government on the 30th of September 1992;
Pursuant to the Resolution of the Government in its session on the 16th of May 1995,

DECREES :

Article 1.- To place the National Store Department under direct control of the Government.

Article 2.- This Decree takes effect from the date of its promulgation. All the previous regulations which are contrary to this Decree are now annulled.

The Minister-Director of the Office of the Government, the Director of the National Store Department, the Ministers, the Heads of the ministerial-level agencies, the Heads of the agencies attached to the Government, and the Presidents of the People's Committees of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government shall have to implement this Decree.
