Pham Ngoc Linh Lan is one of the partners of Bizlink who manages the Ho Chi Minh City Office. Linh Lan has more than 15 years of legal practice in both leading international law firms as a senior Vietnamese attorney and multinational corporations as an in-house counsel which enhanced her business sense and acumen to better communicate with a wide array of clientele and better understand their needs. Lan has been active in advising on various aspects of corporate and commercial matters related to foreign and local investments which include the structuring of investments and regulatory compliance in Vietnam, mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence exercises, negotiations with third parties and preparation of transactional documents. She also has intensive experience in dispute resolution settlement in relation to contracts and commercial transactions, and has further developed a particular expertise in real estate, labour and litigation matters. With her detailed knowledge and familiarity with the laws of Vietnam and practices and her extensive experience in international transactions, she is well-placed to provide her clients with international standard and practical legal solutions that comply with the local laws and practices in a timely and cost effective manner.
