- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, or the People’s Committee of the province issues a decision to assign or delegate one of the organizations mentioned in Clause 1 Article 4 of Decree No.
75/2014/NĐ-CP .
- After the aforesaid decision comes into force:
+ Within 20 days, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the People’s Committee of the province must send 01 original copy of the decision to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.
+ Within 30 days, the organization that is competent to recruit and manage workers must post its address, phone number, assigned or delegated tasks at its headquarter, branches, and/or representative offices, and publish them through mass media.
The Circular comes into force from June 06, 2015.
