This is the remarkable regulation set forth in point dd of clause 1 of Article 115 in the 2012 Labor Code on Vietnam's National Day vacation (September 2, 2019). The holiday calendar is as follows:
- Employees listed below will be entitled to 3 consecutive days off (from Saturday, August 31, 2019 to end of Monday, September 2, 2019):
+ Public officials, officers and servants;
+ Public employees working for administrative units, public service providers, political organizations or socio-political organizations;
+ Employees working at enterprises applying the two-days off per week regime.
- Employees working at enterprise applying the one-day off per week regime will be entitled to 02 consecutive days off (from Sunday, September 1, 2019 to end of Monday, September 2, 2019).
