DECISION
PUBLICIZING LISTS OF GOODS ACCORDING TO
THE PROVISIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT'S DECREE No. 12/2006/ND-CP OF JANUARY 23, 2006
THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT
Pursuant the Government's
Decree No. 34/2003/ ND-CP of April 4, 2003, defining the functions, tasks,
powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 12/2006/ ND-CP of January 23, 2006,
detailing the implementation of the Commercial Law regarding international
goods sale and purchase, and goods sale and purchase agency, processing and
transit with foreign parties;
At the proposal of the director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECIDES:
Article
1.- To publicize a list of special-use right-hand drive vehicles operating
within confined areas permitted to be imported, a list of used supplies and
vehicles banned from import and a list of imported goods subject to specialized
management as provided in the Government's Decree No. 12/2006/ND-CP of January
23,2006, detailing the implementation of the Commercial Law regarding
international goods sale and purchase, and goods sale and purchase agency,
processing and transit with foreign parties (these lists are enclosed
herewith).
Article
2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in "CONG
BAO."
Article
3.- Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, Government-attached agencies,
provincial/municipal People's Committees, and concerned organizations and
individuals shall have to implement this Decision.
