QUYẾT ĐỊNH

VỀ VIỆC BỔ SUNG QUY HOẠCH PHÂN VÙNG THĂM DÒ, KHAI THÁC, CHẾ BIẾN VÀ SỬ DỤNG NHÓM KHOÁNG CHẤT CÔNG NGHIỆP (SERPENTIN, BARIT, GRAFIT, FLUORIT, BENTONIT, DIATOMIT VÀ TALC) ĐẾN NĂM 2015, CÓ XÉT ĐẾN NĂM 2025

Căn cứ Luật Khoáng sản số 60/2010/QH12 ngày 17 tháng 11 năm 2010;

Căn cứ Nghị định số 189/2007/NĐ-CP ngày 27 tháng 12 năm 2007 của Chính phủ quy định chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và cơ cấu tổ chức của Bộ Công Thương và Nghị định số 44/2011/NĐ-CP ngày 14 tháng 6 năm 2011 của Chính phủ về việc sửa đổi, bổ sung Điều 3 Nghị định số 189/2007/NĐ-CP;

Căn cứ Quyết định số 41/2008/QĐ-BCT ngày 17 tháng 11 năm 2008 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Công Thương về việc phê duyệt Quy hoạch phân vùng thăm dò, khai thác, chế biến và sử dụng nhóm khoáng chất công nghiệp (serpentin, barit, grafit, fluorit, bentonit, diatomit và talc) đến năm 2015, có xét đến năm 2025;

Căn cứ Quyết định số 797/QĐ-HĐTLKS ngày 29 tháng 4 năm 2011 của Hội đồng Đánh giá trữ lượng Khoáng sản;

Căn cứ đề nghị của Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh Thanh Hóa tại công văn số 3898/UBND-CN ngày 12 tháng 6 năm 2012;

Xét đề nghị của Vụ trưởng Vụ Công nghiệp nặng,

QUYẾT ĐỊNH:

Điều 1. Điều chỉnh, bổ sung công suất khai thác, chế biến mỏ barit Bao Tre, xã Bãi Trành, huyện Như Xuân, tỉnh Thanh Hóa từ 1.500 - 2.500 tấn/năm lên 8.500 - 15.000 tấn/năm tại thứ tự số 4, Phụ lục 6 "Danh mục dự án đầu tư khai thác, chế biến quặng barit quy mô công nghiệp" Quyết định số 41/2008/QĐ-BCT ngày 17 tháng 11 năm 2008 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Công Thương về việc phê duyệt Quy hoạch phân vùng thăm dò, khai thác, chế biến và sử dụng nhóm khoáng chất công nghiệp (serpentin, barit, grafit, fluorit, bentonit, diatomit và talc) đến năm 2015, có xét đến năm 2025.

Điều 2. Quyết định này bổ sung cho Quyết định số 41/2008/QĐ-BCT ngày 17 tháng 11 năm 2008. Các nội dung khác của Quyết định số 41/2008/QĐ-BCT ngày 17 tháng 11 năm 2008 giữ nguyên, không thay đổi.

Điều 3. Quyết định này có hiệu lực kể từ ngày ký.

Điều 4. Các Bộ trưởng, Thủ trưởng cơ quan ngang Bộ, cơ quan thuộc Chính phủ, Chủ tịch Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh Thanh Hóa chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Quyết định này.

ON SUPPLEMENTATION OF THE ZONING PLAN AND OF THE EXPLORATION, EXTRACTION, PROCESSING AND UTILIZATION OF INDUSTRIAL MINERALGROUP (SERPENTINE, BARITE, GRAPHITE, FLUORITE, BENTONITE, DIATOMITE AND TALC) TILL 2015, WITH CONSIDERATION TO THE YEAR 2025

MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE

Pursuant to the Law on Minerals No. 60/2010/QH12 dated November 17, 2010;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 189/2007/ND-CP of December 27, 2007 of the Government regulating the functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Decree No. 44/2011/ND- CP of June 14, 2011 by the Government on the amendment and supplementation of the Article 3 of the Decree No. 189/2007/ND-CP;

Pursuant to the Decision No. 41/2008/QD-BCT dated November 17, 2008 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on the approval of the zoning plan of the exploration, extraction, processing and utilization of industrial mineral group (serpentine, barite, graphite, fluorite, bentonite, diatomite and talc) till 2015, with consideration to the year 2025

Pursuant to Decision No. 797/QD-HDTLKS dated April 29, 2011 of the Council of the Mineral Deposit Evaluation;

At the request of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province in Official Dispatch No. 3898/UBND-CN dated June 12, 2012;

DECIDES:

Article 1. Adjusting and supplementing the capacity of extraction and processing of Bao Tre barite mine at Bai Tranh commune, Nhu Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province from 1500 to 2500 tons / year to 8500 to 15,000 tons / year in the order of number 4, Appendix 6 " List of investment projects in extraction and processing of barite ore in the industrial scale" The Decision No. 41/2008/QD-BCT November 17, 2008 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on the approval of the zoning plan of the exploration, extraction, processing and utilization of industrial mineral group (serpentine, barite, graphite, fluorite, bentonite, diatomite and talc) till 2015, with consideration to the year 2025

Article 2. This Decision supplements the Decision No. 41/2008/QD-BCT dated November 17, 2008. The other contents of the Decision No. 41/2008/QD-BCT dated November 17, 2008 remain the same and unchanged.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from its signing date.

Article 4. The Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, Government agencies, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province shall implement this Decision.
