According to this document, if candidates obtain decisions on suspension of the exam, all results of tests that they take in the year will be abolished. In order not to fall into this situation, candidates must comply with regulations on stepping out of test rooms after 2/3 duration of writing test passes and after duration of multiple choice test ends.
This means that cancellation of all results of tests in the exam is an additional disciplinary action imposed on candidates committing one of the following violations:
- They were subject to warnings in the past, but repeat the same violation against exam regulations to the extent of being subject to reprimand or warning imposed as disciplinary actions;
- They bring unpermitted objects provided in Article 14 of these Regulations into test rooms;
- They take question sheets out of test rooms or receive answer sheets from outside;
- They write or draw something not related to test questions in their answer sheets;
- They quarrel or threat responsible examiners or other candidates.
Circular No. 08/2020/TT-BGDDT is entering into force on May 8, 2020.
