Pursuant to Clause 3, Article 60 of Circular 80/2021/TT-BTC stipulating the application for land use levy exemption when issuing the first land certificate due to household separation for ethnic minority households and poor households as follows: :

Dossier for land use levy exemption for the land area allocated within the residential land allocation quota for households in fishing villages, people living on rivers and lagoons who move to settle in resettlement areas and points according to regulations. Plans, plans and projects approved by competent authorities, including:

a) A written request made according to form No. 01/MGTH issued in Appendix I to this Circular;

b) A copy of the land allocation decision of the competent state agency.

c) A copy of the document issued by a competent state agency on project implementation.

Pursuant to Clause 4 of this Article stipulating the application for exemption from land use levy for the land area allocated within the quota of residential land allocation to households in fishing villages and people living on rivers as follows:

5. Dossier for land use levy exemption for the land area allocated within the residential land allocation quota for resettlement or for households and individuals in residential clusters and lines in flooded areas according to the regulations. projects approved by competent authorities, including:

a) A written request made according to form No. 01/MGTH issued in Appendix I to this Circular;

b) A copy of the competent state agency's decision on allocation of residential land for resettlement arrangement;

c) A copy of the document of a competent state agency approving the project implementation.
