Thực hiện ý kiến chỉ đạo của Thủ tướng Chính phủ Phạm Minh Chính tại cuộc họp trực tuyến toàn quốc của Ban Chỉ đạo quốc gia phòng, chống dịch COVID-19 (Thông báo số 98/TB-VPCP ngày 08 tháng 5 năm 2021 của Văn phòng Chính phủ), để chủ động ứng phó trước nguy cơ bùng phát dịch bệnh, đảm bảo hiệu lực, hiệu quả các biện pháp phòng, chống dịch đã đề ra, Bộ Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch đề nghị Ủy ban nhân dân các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc Trung ương phối hợp thực hiện những nội dung sau:

1. Yêu cầu tất cả cơ sở lưu trú du lịch đăng ký, thường xuyên tự đánh giá và cập nhật lên hệ thống an toàn COVID-19 quốc gia theo hướng dẫn của Bộ Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch tại Công văn số 4159/BVHTTDL-TCDL ngày 09 tháng 11 năm 2020. Trường hợp cơ sở lưu trú du lịch tạm ngừng hoạt động, không kinh doanh vẫn phải đăng ký và đánh dấu vào mục “Cơ sở kinh doanh tạm ngừng hoạt động” trên hệ thống.

2. Yêu cầu các cơ sở lưu trú du lịch công bố mã QR (Mã QR được tạo ra trong tài khoản của mỗi đơn vị sau khi đăng ký vào hệ thống an toàn COVID-19 thành công) tại sảnh đón tiếp hoặc khu vực dễ quan sát để khách du lịch có thể kiểm tra mức độ an toàn trước khi sử dụng dịch vụ và giám sát công tác phòng, chống dịch COVID-19 thông qua ứng dụng “Du lịch Việt Nam an toàn”.

3. Tăng cường kiểm tra, giám sát, kịp thời xử lý nghiêm các cơ sở lưu trú du lịch không tuân thủ các biện pháp phòng, chống dịch của cơ quan có thẩm quyền; chỉ cho phép những cơ sở lưu trú du lịch đảm bảo an toàn COVID -19 được đón và phục vụ khách.

Bộ Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch đề nghị Ủy ban nhân dân các tỉnh, thành phố phối hợp triển khai thực hiện./.

To: People’s Committees of provinces and central-affiliated cities

Implementing the directions given by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh in the national online meeting of National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control (Notification No. 98/TB-VPCP dated May 08, 2021 by Office of the Government), in proactive response to outbreak risk and to ensure efficiency of provided prevention and control measures, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests the People's Committees of provinces and central-affiliated cities to cooperate in the following tasks:

1. Request all tourist accommodation establishments to register, make regular assessments and make updates to the national COVID-19 safety system according to guidelines of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Official Dispatch No. 4159/BVHTTDL-TCDL dated November 09, 2020. Tourist accommodation establishments suspending their operation are still required to register and check the “temporarily closed establishment” box on the system.

2. Request tourist accommodation establishments to publish their QR codes (QR codes generated after successful account registration on the COVID-19 safety system) in the lobby or at an easily noticed location so that tourists can check their safety before using their services and supervise COVID-19 prevention and control via the “safe Vietnam travel” application.

3. Enhance inspection, supervision and timely and strict handling of tourist accommodation establishments failing to adopt COVID -19 prevention and control measures of competent authorities; permit only tourist accommodation establishments meeting COVID-19 safety requirements to receive and serve tourists.
