QUYẾT ĐỊNH
CỦA BỘ TRƯỞNG BỘ Y TẾ SỐ 65/2000/QĐ-BYT NGÀY 13 THÁNG 1 NĂM
2000 VỀ VIỆC BAN HÀNH DANH MỤC HOÁ CHẤT, CHẾ PHẨM DIỆT CÔN TRÙNG, DIỆT KHUẨN ĐƯỢC
PHÉP ĐĂNG KÝ ĐỂ SỬ DỤNG, ĐƯỢC PHÉP ĐĂNG KÝ NHƯNG HẠN CHẾ SỬ DỤNG, CẤM SỬ DỤNG
TRONG LĨNH VỰC GIA DỤNG VÀ Y TẾ TẠI VIỆT NAM NĂM 2000
Căn cứ Nghị định số 68/CP
ngày 11/10/1993 của Chính phủ quy định chức năng, nhiệm vụ, quyền hạn và tổ chức
bộ máy Bộ Y tế;
Căn cứ Quyết định số 197/1998/QĐ-TTg ngày 10/10/1998 của Thủ tướng Chính phủ
về việc giao cho Bộ Y tế chịu trách nhiệm quản lý Nhà nước về hoá chất, chế phẩm
diệt côn trùng, diệt khuẩn dùng trong lĩnh vực gia dụng và Y tế;
Căn cứ Quyết định số 1654/1999/QĐ-BYT ngày 29/05/1999 của Bộ trưởng Bộ Y tế
ban hành Quy chế quản lý hoá chất, chế phẩm diệt côn trùng, diệt khuẩn dùng
trong lĩnh vực gia dụng và y tế;
Theo đề nghị của Ông Vụ trưởng Vụ Y tế dự phòng - Bộ Y tế;
QUYẾT ĐỊNH
Điều 1.
Ban hành kèm theo Quyết định này Danh mục hoá chất, chế
phầm diệt côn trùng, diệt khuẩn được phép đăng ký để sử dụng, được phép đăng ký
nhưng hạn chế sử dụng, cấm sử dụng trong lĩnh vực gia dụng và Y tế năm 2000,
bao gồm:
1. Danh mục hoá chất, chế phẩm
diệt côn trùng được phép đăng ký để sử dụng trong lĩnh vực gia dụng và Y tế (bảng
1) gồm: 24 hoá chất với 81 tên thương mại.
2. Danh mục hoá chất, chế phẩm
diệt côn trùng được phép đăng ký nhưng hạn chế sử dụng trong lĩnh vực gia dụng
và Y tế (bảng 2) gồm 8 hoá chất.
3. Danh mục hoá chất, chế phẩm
diệt côn trùng cấm sử dụng trong lĩnh vực gia dụng và y tế (bảng 3) gồm 17 hoá
chất với 84 tên thương mại.
4. Danh mục hoá chất, chế phẩm
diệt khuẩn được phép đăng ký để sử dụng trong lĩnh vực gia dụng và y tế (bảng
4) gồm 17 hoá chất với 29 tên thương mại.
Điều 2.
Những hoá chất, chế phẩm không thuộc quy định tại Điều 1
của Quyết định này, Bộ Y tế sẽ xem xét từng trường hợp cụ thể để cho phép đăng
ký sử dụng.
Điều 3.
Quyết định này có hiệu lực sau 15 ngày kể từ ngày ký ban
hành.
Điều 4.
Các Ông, Bà: Chánh Văn phòng, Chánh Thanh tra, Vụ trưởng
Vụ Y tế dự phòng - Bộ Y tế, Giám đốc Sở Y tế các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc
Trung ương, Thủ trưởng các đơn vị có liên quan, tổ chức, cá nhân trong nước và
nước ngoài sản xuất, kinh doanh và sử dụng hoá chất, chế phẩm diệt côn trùng,
diệt khuẩn dùng trong lĩnh vực gia dụng và y tế chịu trách nhiệm thi hành Quyết
định này.

DECISION PROMULGATING
LISTS OF INSECTICIDAL AND BACTERICIDAL CHEMICALS AND PREPARATIONS PERMITTED FOR
REGISTRATION FOR, PERMITTED FOR REGISTRATION BUT RESTRICTED OR BANNED FROM,
DOMESTIC AND MEDICAL USE IN VIETNAM IN 2000 THE MINISTER OF HEALTH Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No.68/CP
of October 11, 1993 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational
structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister’s Decision No.197/1998/QD-TTg of October 10,
1998 assigning the Ministry of Health to exercise the State management over
insecticidal and bactericidal chemicals and preparations for domestic and
medical use;
Pursuant to the Health Minister’s Decision No.1654/1999/QD-BYT of May 29, 1999
promulgating the Regulation on the management of insecticidal and bactericidal
chemicals and preparations for domestic and medical use;
At the proposal of the director of the Prophylactic Medicine Department under
the Ministry of Health, DECIDES: Article 1.- To promulgate
together with this Decision lists of insecticidal and bactericidal chemicals
and preparations permitted for registration for, permitted for registration but
restricted or banned from, domestic and medical use in 2000, including: 1. The list of insecticidal chemicals and
preparations permitted for registration for domestic and medical use (Table 1),
which includes 24 chemicals with 81 trade names. 2. The list of insecticidal chemicals and
preparations permitted for registration but restricted from domestic and

which includes 17 chemicals with 29 trade names. Article 2.- For those
chemicals and preparations not stipulated in Article 1 of this Decision, the
Ministry of Health shall consider and permit the registration of their use on
the case-by-case basis. Article 3.- This Decision
takes effect 15 days after its signing. Article 4.- The director of
the Office, the chief inspector, the director of the Prophylactic Medicine
Department of the Health Ministry; the heads of the concerned units; the
domestic and foreign organizations and individuals that produce, trade in and
use insecticidal and bactericidal chemicals and preparations for domestic and
medical use shall have to implement this Decision. FOR

Là sản phẩm online, nên 250 nhân sự chúng tôi vừa làm việc tại trụ sở, vừa làm việc từ xa qua Internet ngay từ đầu tháng 5/2021.
