The standards include:
- Standards of HSM and code cards;
- Standards of codes and digital signatures;
- Standards of information and data;
- Standards of policies and regulations on authentication of digital signatures;
- Standards of protocol of storage and access of digital certificates;
- Standards of digital certificate status check;
- Standards of timestamping.
Decision No.
59/2008/QĐ-BTTTT expires from the day on which this Circular takes effect, except for paragraph 2.3 of the attached list.
In case of any discrepancy between this Circular and Circular No.
22/2013/TT-BTTTT in the same standard related to the use of digital signatures and digital signature authentication services provided by providers of digital signature authentication services in state agencies, this Circular shall prevail.
